Our Strategy
Our strategy with our host church revolves around three key ministry areas: local ministry, church planting, and training and resourcing. These three frameworks work together to plant ONE MORE church, reach ONE MORE City, and touch ONE MORE People Group in our region! Each framework has been designed to fulfill the vision of the whole team, providing synergy to all that we do.
Local Ministry
We are bringing God’s Kingdom to our city so that all in our city can encounter the Glory of God by submitting their lives to King Jesus! Our local ministry serves as an anchor point for our region so that churches can be planted and training and resourcing can be provided. This ministry primarily uses English, which opens the door for many people to come and experience what ministry with the One More is like in our region.
Training and Resourcing
We are awakening a generation to their role in God’s Mission! God has given us strategic opportunities to train the next generation to reach the One More. The knowledge that we gain in our other two frameworks gets passed on and improved upon as we train others to go farther than we ever could! We are committed to raising up ONE MORE minister, ONE MORE church planter, and ONE MORE healthy church!
Church Planting
We are bringing God’s Kingdom to those who have not heard through the establishment of local churches. We believe it is a great injustice that so many of the world have great Gospel access while so many in our region do not have that privilege. The Local Church holds the hope of the world! Our role is to partner with God to see that hope brought to our region…one church at a time.

We relentlessly pursue opportunities to expand God’s kingdom, never becoming complacent with past accomplishments. Every day, we live so that ONE MORE can know King Jesus.
The Spirit as the Power for Mission

The local church is God’s chosen instrument for transformation and community impact. Our goal is always a thriving, missional local church. We win when our host church wins.

Real transformation happens in circles, not rows. Small groups provide the best environment for authentic spiritual growth. We are a team and a family on mission together.
Theology as the Foundation for Ministry
We build ministry on sound, biblical theology that informs and shapes our mission. What we believe about God shapes how we serve Him.
Every Believer is Called
Every believer is uniquely formed by God for His mission. We affirm that all are called, equipped, and sent as ambassadors of Christ.
Church Multiplication is Our Mission
We are dedicated to planting and multiplying healthy churches to reach every city and region with the gospel.
